Heading up the mass tort and appellate practice team at The Florida Law Group, Attorney Andrew Wellman is committed to protecting the rights of victims harmed in serious accidents caused by negligent, reckless, or careless corporations. Due to his passion, Mr. Wellman works diligently to examine every intricacy involved with his clients’ cases.

Before joining The Florida Law Group, Mr. Wellman attended the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and minored in Technical Writing. Upon the completion of his undergraduate coursework, Mr. Wellman enrolled at the University of New Hampshire School of Law and finished his legal education at the  at the Stetson University School of Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Wellman participated in the Intellectual Property Summer Institute.

Prior to committing his life to judiciary coursework, Mr. Wellman worked as a Pro Bono Researcher for the National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology & the Law.

Andrew is also an accomplished writer who’s novel “SFW” was made in to a cult motion picture classic starring Reese Witherspoon, which is currently showing on Netflix and Hulu.
